Shipping currently to USA and CANADA only.Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. All orders will have a tracking number.All items will be shipped in a gift box except for items for which description of package mentions pouch or bag.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact me before returning the item and I will try my hardest to address your concerns.

I accept refunds NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS from the date you received the package!
If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of receipt. If the item you purchase is damaged by wear or tear, there will be a charge for materials, repair and postage.
NO REFUNDS AFTER 5 DAYS

Product return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer only.
You will get your money back once the item arrives back to me (less shipping fees).

Orders are not considered “Lost” in transit until 45 days past shipping date.

If there is no problem with the item received, shipping, handling, and insurance fees are NOT refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
